Jamie L. Burns, J.D., is a seasoned Corporate Counsel and Senior Property Manager at The Hollingsworth Companies in Clinton, Tennessee, with over nine years of experience. She excels in managing legal documentation, including bank loans, titles, incorporation records, and contracts for various business entities. Jamie’s expertise also extends to overseeing industrial, commercial, and residential property management, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
