Callie Archer

Callie Archer is a dedicated and dynamic leader, currently serving as the President of Junior Achievement of East Tennessee, Inc. in Knoxville. With over 15 years of experience in the organization, she has excelled in enhancing donor retention and renewals, securing funding, and expanding programs. Her expertise in grant writing, board development, and corporate donations has been pivotal in supporting the organization’s mission to educate youth in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness skills.

Throughout her tenure, Callie has held multiple roles, including Vice President and Development Manager. In these positions, she supported fundraising activities, recruited schools, advocated for the organization, and diversified the donor base for the JA BizTown program. Her leadership and strategic planning have significantly contributed to the organization’s success in serving a 17-county region in East Tennessee.

Callie holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Appalachian State University. She is committed to maintaining a reputation built on quality, service, and uncompromising ethics. Her dedication to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy has been recognized and appreciated by donors, education partners, employees, and the students they serve.
