How the Journey Works

Graduate CO.STARTERS

Complete the CO.STARTERS program to qualify for the loan & support application.

Submit Application

Request and submit your application to the Hollingsworth Entrepreneurial Foundation.

Pitch your Idea

Participate in a Shark Tank-style pitch competition with the Hollingsworth Entrepreneurial Foundation Loan Committee.

Loan Approval

Receive preliminary approval for both your business and the loan from the Hollingsworth Entrepreneurial Foundation.

Meet with Banking Partner

The Hollingsworth Entrepreneurial Foundation Executive Director will facilitate a meeting with a local banking partner to complete loan documentation and discuss repayment terms. This introduction allows you to understand banking requirements with the added support of the Hollingsworth Entrepreneurial Foundation.

Receive Funding

Depending on your approval, bank funding will be allocated in one of the following tiers:

Tier 1 funding: $10K - $24K
Tier 2 funding: $25K - $49K
Tier 3 funding: $50K - $75K
