Patty Baird

Patty Baird is a management and business consultant bringing more than 35 years of experience in a diverse range of business functions with focus on organizational transitions and transformations. Her client base includes a host of Federal, State, and commercial business entities. Having successfully managed and worked with organizations of more than 1,500 staff, she brings a wealth of expertise in driving organizational change to achieve performance excellence.

Ms. Baird was born and raised in Anderson County and resides in Clinton, Tennessee. She is a 1978 honors graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Business Management and is a 1995 graduate of the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University Executive Management Program.

She has served on numerous not-for-profit boards including the United Way, Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians, the Women’s Fund of the East Tennessee’s Foundation, and the Knoxville Opera.
