Dalton Maddox is a dedicated and versatile professional with a strong background in leadership, adaptability, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Vice President at Maddox Companies since June 2020, Dalton is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives in Knoxville, Tennessee. His prior experience includes co-founding Coonhound Camping, where he managed operations, sales, and company growth, earning recognition with two National Entrepreneurship Awards.
Before his current role, Dalton gained valuable experience as a Project Management Intern at Pilot Flying J, where he developed a PMO scorecard and managed IT projects, including a major hackathon event. He also served as a Supply Chain Management Intern, implementing cost-saving logistical programs and improving customer service through collaborative projects. His practical expertise is complemented by academic achievements, including a JD from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a BS in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Haslam College of Business.
Dalton’s accolades include the Eagle Scout Award, Graves Business Competition, Don & Joan Bruce Entrepreneurship Award, National Young Entrepreneur Achievement Award, and National Community Excellence Award.
